KDL Series Linear Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuator
Application
KDL series linear actuators are high performance. high thrust diaphragm actuators of multi-spring type that are compact and light. When diaphragm actuator is pressured by supply air,the force is created to move the rod of the actuator to a balanced position which the force of diaphragm pressure is equal to the spring force, unbalance force of valve trim, and friction force etc. For linear travel control valve or other linear travel equipments,KDL series actuators are suited for control and on-off.
Features:
- Excellent Linearity-Amolded diaphragm travels in a deep diaphragm casing, the effective area of a diaphragm might change as it is stroked. Molded diaphragms have less change in effective area; thus, offer excellent linearity.
- High Thrust Capability - The molded diaphragm and cold stamping case allows high pressure supplyand provides maximum thrust.
- Long Service Life - Cold stamping caseand ductile iron parts provides increased stability, corrosion protection, and avoiding deformation under pressure overload.
- Cold Service Application -All sizes of KDLseries diaphragm actuators allow performance to -40℃ if required.
- Reliable Connections - A split stem connection provides a reliable thrust and easier assemble.
- Compact & Light -With the multiple springs and a high air supply pressure, KDL series are much more compact and light as compared with conventional actuators.
